FY 20 sees the business facing significant immediate challenges to achieve our key revenue and expense targets.
All this means we will need to focus on being brilliant at the basics with strong execution as the critical priority. Sharp focus is required to execute on our key strategies to achieve the revenue growth and cost reductions required.
At the same time, we want to provide a stimulus for the MMS leaders to consider what the next horizon might look like and what is required to get there.
The 2020 theme, with emphasis on engagement, efficiencies and interdependencies remains relevant
